I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed 6 nights (3 at the beginning and 3 at the end of my trip). The reception was very friendly and very helpful. Clean, spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. Dear Hotels.com! I spent one night at Praga Hotel in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, May 15-May 16, 2023. Due to the party at the hotel, I heard noise all night next to my door. Also, I reserved a room with a king-size bed but this requirement was poor because the employees put two small matrasses together. I felt its connection which awfully hurt my back. Additionally, a concierge charged me $20 for a taxi to get to the airport. This distance is short. Usually, it costs $3 dollars. Would you please reimburse me for my expenses for the room and a taxi charge?
