Worst ever

I had made a booking with yourselves, expedia.com, after which you had taken my payment and sent me the confirmation. I had arrived at the hotel that evening, only to find the hotel was closed. I called the number of the hotel to which the message said it was disconnected. I was able to find a mobile number, but after infinite attempts of nobody answering. I then had to find alternate accommodation nearby. I returned the following day after 10:00 to see if anyone was around due to being daylight. Again closed. I found a person in a neighboring house and asked her about the hotel at which she informed me they had been shut for a few months, gone bankrupt. This was extremely annoying as I ended up wasting my time running around small villages looking for alternate accommodation at late hours, having lose sleep and rest. Also very annoying that a business like expedia had no clue about this hotel, saying it was open, very unprofessional!

Sem água quente

Local muito agradável, lindo e confortável. Pontos negativos: sem agua quente para tomar banho no dia de saida (indicaram que era um problema se muitos hóspedes tomassem banho ao mesmo tempo) e tinha saido da piscina com o meu filho de 7anos; ar condicionado avariado e sem referirem à entrada (deixaram um aquecedor no quarto); na zona da piscina mal se consegue respirar de tanto abafado que estava (nos dois dias).

Bungalows cisco hôtel douro

Situation magnifique et lieux tres calme. Les bungalows sont grands et isolés au calme. La climatisation est bruyante et vieillissante. Manque de luminosité dans la salle de bain luminosité trop faible . Manque porte savon et shampoing dans la douche. Concernant le lavabo c est la même chose la luminosité est trop faible on voit rien pour se raser , et pas de tablette pour poser trousse de toilette j ai ete obligé de prendre une chaise. Le lit est confortable. Ca Manque de décoration dans le salon et la chambre trop vide.le petit déjeuners était parfait et la piscine magnifique. Il manque peignoir et chaussons en rapport avec la classification. Pour moi l hôtel est un 3 etoiles pas plus. Merci beaucoup.
