Breakfast was awful, room was shoddy food was the bare minimum The bathroom tub did not have a stopper for the drain, after two days on the road craved a nice hot bath. No stopper available (they did offer to change our room) The guy who could provide a stopper due in next morning, bummer. Parking lot adequate. Staff was pleasant.

Misleading, not as advertised

We did not stay. The room looked nothing like the images provide while booking on hotels.com. While the check-in staff was professional. The room was tidy but not well kept. The beds were not very comfortable. The balcony door was unlocked and partially open upon arriving. All in all, it was not as advertised to us upon booking through Hotels.com

I would like a complete refund. The ceiling was falling and the room door lock was broken. I requested a new room and was informed that there were no rooms available. The front desk staff sent a repairman man to fix the lock and we were told that the lock cannot be fixed. I check-in and checked out the same night. I would like a complete refund. Absolutely filthy

Absolutely horrible. Not sure how they are even still open for business. Place is absolutely filthy and disgusting. I had 6 black pubic hairs in one bed. Ran for the hills. Literally.
