Tres tres decus auvune garantie

Arrivé le soir a Tanger ,on me dit qu aucun appartement est disponible ceci a 22h le soir J ai cherché un autre hotel car le site hotel.com n ont trouvé aucun autre hotelsir tanger .apres avoir passé 2 heures au telephone avec une operatrice du site hotel. Com j ai du dormir dans ma voiture avec ma famille . Ne faite pas confiance aucune garantie avec le site ....a mon retour je compte porter plainte pour le prejudice Tres decu trop dangereux de voyager en famille
