The room is nicely furnished. There is a separate seating area with sofa, TV and an electric stove. Bathroom is nice and clean. Location is in a very busy area of town with many restaurants, bakeries, banks and other businesses. Zain (the manager) is very courteous and helpful. He speaks English also which was a huge plus for me. He helped me multiple times during my 2 night stay with whatever I needed.
One important note though, the location currently has no street facing sign so you will have trouble getting here without direct contact with the management. Fortunately, Zain had reached out on the day of my arrival and given me his contact information.
