Overall very good experience. Not exactly newest facility but staff is kind, runs flawless operation. Breathtaking ocean view from balcony. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Great service but hotel is showing it's age

Hotel is pleasant but is showing it's age - more so in the rooms (rooms still use keys instead of key cards, grouting in the bathroom) then the general area. Also, the hotel has ONLY smoking rooms - it's stated in the listing but I overlooked it. I asked for a change to a non-smoking room but was told that there ALL rooms are smoking rooms. On the bright side, service was good. Internet access was OK but slowed to a crawl at times.
