Bathroom is dirty, no hot water, wifi's are not working, when we complained about these at the front desk, they say they are fully booked thar's why they're utilities couldn't accomodate everything.

This is a very old property and its wear shows. The staff was cheery and helpful. Kudos. The common areas were clean and presentable though dated. But my room looked nothing remotely like the photo on Expedia. The tub was so old and worn that it had been painted white over the worn porcelain. The small frig was probably 30 years old, you could barely read the Kelvinator label. There was no WiFi, no coffee pot, only two dim lamps with one bulb each and an on-off switch that I couldn’t turn it was so old. The bathroom was clean but very worn. When I arrived at 2am, there were barely any lights on at the front entry and the lobby, I initially thought the place had closed. There is no gift shop or coffee shop. But all that having been said, I didn’t feel unsafe and I was able to sleep peacefully.

Prime location for a visitor to Guam, however, hotel needs some upgrade on the outside as it appeared outdated from the outside. The inside (room), however, was pleasing and clean - may need to upgrade the tiles in the bathroom though plus TV and lights. Also need clearer directions as to how to enter the building: which road to take (did not notice any sign), where the entrance was.

Yellow stains on the sheets, bathtub rusted and gross. Nothing updated. Worst view. Smelled weird. And im still awaiting my refund through expedia, because as soon as I took a look at the room, I returned my key and told them that I wanted a refund because the hotel was nasty

Be careful staying here

Fire alarm went off every night. The hotel had no A/C for one night and no water on another night. It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Staff was great at the front desk.
