I was so pleased with my experience at the Hyatt Place Busch Gardens. Sam was so friendly during my late night check in and really set the tone for the entire stay. The room was spotless and I was delighted that housekeeping came in each day to make the bed and restock any items I had used. The breakfast bar was full of delicious options and all the staff I encountered where accommodating and kind. I will definitely stay again on my next visit.

Clean large rooms with everything you need in a hotel room. Breakfast was very nice with a good choice. the staff were so friendly and helpful it made our stay so much better. Would definitely look at staying here again when visiting Busch Gardens.

The room was okay. They need to be upgraded. The layout is awkward and as a result the tv is way far to the right of the beds. You have to pay to park which makes zero sense to me. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very courteous and the rooms were vary nice. My only complaint is that the windows need to be updated and more soundproof. I could actually hear cars form the road even though the hotel sits back off of the road or the fact that I sleep in complete silence normally.
