Stayed for a conference and very easy to walk to the center. Room was fine and dining there was convenient. Saved a lot staying here instead of places connected to the conference center!

This was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. Bathroom was leaking water in lobby so we were asked not to shower until they can change our room. I was never informed of the leak until male maintenance came and demanded entry. As a woman this made me uncomfortable. So I called the lobby to confirm it was maintenance. They changed my room to a lower quality room that was filthy, dark/ minimal lighting, broken outlets, mattress had a dent in the middle, fridge was unplugged. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. We were better off going to motel 6.Parking was horrible and vallet was hectic although the gentlemen’s had great customer service. If I could rate it 0 I would. Hotel from hell.

We chose this hotel based on proximity to the cruise ship port. The staff was excellent, the room was great but the dinner was not good. My wife chose the hamburger and it was clearly frozen and barely warm. It almost seemed that the wait staff was also handling the cooking. The breakfast was excellent and saved this stay from a lower rating.

The overall experience was great. The staff was friendly and service was fast. The hotel is located in an amazing spot. We were minutes away from everything. The view of the marina was amazing as well. There were some downfalls. The bathroom in the hotel room wasn't esthetically pleasing at all. They need to be renovated asap. Lastly, there were hidden fees, such as a $25 daily spending fee. Guest are charged this fee if they would like to buy something or not.

Too hot too handle

When we 1st got to our room and lowered the thermostat after 1 hour it didn't work so the manager moved us to another room. Unfortunately the same issue occurred there as well. At this point my wife who is handicapped didn't wato move again so we just delt with it. Temperature never went below 74. I'm a Hilton Rewards member and honestly this was my worst experience in a Hilton Hotel. I will not be returning to this location ever again

The bed mattresses are hard and the pillows are thin! We were moved to another room for a firmer bed, it was no different. The tvs don’t work with the WiFi! The water doesn’t drain while the shower is running, the housekeeping staff doesn’t speak English and everything has to be translated!

I never complain. This hotel was horrible. The staff was phenomenal trying to do their best with what they had. After 2 failed attempts for a new room with air- they gave us a larger room in hopes of a better situation but again the air was not working, they even knew there was no air. There was mold in the tub, rust in the bathroom and a leak in the roof . A huge disappointment ! We ended up going to a different hotel for our second night.

Somewhat nice. The view of the river is pretty. I hate that they told me they sold out of our room so they gave me a cheaper option (they did give me a free drink) the only other issue is there’s a required fee for riding a bike, and a dinner credit. I didn’t once use it and still got charged.

This could really be a nice hotel. It really needs to be updated. The carpet especially is horrible, it's dirty and it stinks. The hallway going to my room stink so bad, I went and bought carpet fresh and freeze. $44 to park every night, a $25 resort fee a night,and $100 a night which you get back if you don't use anything. I was just very disappointed. Now the pool and bar were nice and the view and the Riverwalk. Very surprised Hilton has their name on this one

The location was great! The staff were all very accommodating. My only real complaints are the bathroom needed to be cleaned. The bathtub was very stained. And there were loose paint chips on the tile.
