This was our 3rd Christmas staying here as we have family in Tampa. 4 nights no hot water and every time we said something they responded with sending someone to check & you are not the only ones complaining. No one ever came. We left early as this was irritating. Spoke to many other guests with same issues. They knew something was wrong and just avoided it. We will not be back & do not recommend this hotel.

This was our 3rd time staying here at Christmas as we have family in Tampa & have enjoyed staying here in the past. This time we had no hot water and each time we said something to them they kept saying sending someone to check & you aren't the only ones complaining. We left early because it was a miserable experience. They knew something was wrong and they were avoiding the issue. We talked to many other guests who were irritated as well. We will not be back and do not recommend this hotel.
