The window blinds were white, which let a lot light in at night from outside lights. There was dog hair on the floors, which we don't have a dog. Requested to change cabin but staff said contact vendor. The vendor could not change cabins and requestes from staff. Staff never contacted me. Staff acted as if the company is cheap and will not replace blinds.

These people have to fix the WiFi at some point- many complained before. Nothing has been improved. They have no pots in the kitchen, so if you don’t read reviews, the cooking stove becomes useless if you don’t bring your own. I ordered 2 adult stay- only had sheets for one person! 2nd set of sheets received the day after! Than Hod I went to security guy and got a set myself. Checking in- vide didn’t work. Had to call and wait for them to connect. The area leave lots room for Improvement- if you come with a pet, prepare for them to walk on some broken shells around vs lawn or grass. Lots of potential but definitely needs some TLC!

The property was nice and the cabins are cute. The ONLY suggestion we have is we booked the 2 bedroom for 4 people for 5 days and there were only 3 towels & washcloths. So not even enough for all of us to shower one day. And not having washers in the unit and having to pay to wash daily just to have towels was a bit much! But other than that we loved it! And was very convenient to Bush Gardens and had food and groceries right next door.

Nice cabin homes!

Super cute cabins. Have all the supllies you can think of! I got a cabin with a front covered porch which was very nice. When i would walk my dog, no matter what time of day it was always felt safe and secure! The only recommendation i have, is to make a better dog friendly park area thats not all the way in the back and looks like an after thought. Fence is falling, nothing but dirt. Would be nice to have a well lit, grassy and big area for dogs to run around

Nothing wrong with the property itself, aside from the water smelling like rotten eggs, no AC in the one room just a fan. Also tried canceling my second night due to family emergency. They didn’t seem to care. Not like the place was fully booked up either, maybe 2 other cabins had someone at them in a row of 10 on our street. They don’t even have an option for booking with a cancelation option. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

Cabin was very cute and clean! Had all the necessities. We highly recommended room darkening shades. The white blinds let way too much light in so sleeping was challenging. Campground was clean and quiet. Pool was nice. Convenient location. We would stay here again!

This was a great affordable place to spend the weekend. I am not far from the area but wanted a nice getaway and it was perfect. Really good location to everything. They are new cabins so there are still something’s that need to be worked out. The WiFi was a bit spotty and the website was not super easy to use, but I was able to get my access code and cabin number all online. It is well lit at night and feels safe for solo travelers. It was nice to have access to a pool, clubhouse and fire pit as well. I really enjoyed it overall.

Beautiful, brand new property. Quiet, clean and accesible to restaurants, stores and gas stations. Just 12 min from Busch Gardens. I would stay again for sure.

The stay was amazing! We enjoyed it very much. Supermarket, Dollar Tree, Gas station, etc was closed by. The Hard Rock Casino is 10 minutes away. The office staff is very friendly, professional and responsive. Overall we had a great experience.

The cabins are great, they are all new and come with everything youll need during your stay. The pool and area is kept clean and they even have floats/noodles/toys for you to use. The staff was nothing but friendly and helpful
