This Tampa Ranch boasts 3 inviting bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and 1 queen bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The tranquil ambiance of the property creates a lovely atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. With amenities like AC, a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, and WiFi, your needs are well taken care of. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your convenience. Whether you're exploring the city or simply enjoying the awesome surroundings, we believe our place will help you experience everything Tampa has to offer.
Our Ranch is just 20 minutes from Tampa Airport, 5 min from Hard Rock Cafe, 2 minutes to The Motor Enclave, 15 min (USF) It is a quiet area with space to park 5 to 15 cars, boats, travel trailers, RV, horse trailers. The ranch has 4 acres of land and a pool to enjoy with the family.
We are fully stocked and ready to host.
The property has a guest house next to the main house completely independent for more than 6 guests (an additional $60 x night).
The guest room is also rented separately in Vrbo, it has a separate entrance, these guests will not have access to the pool.
We have our maintenance guy who live in the RV he maintain the grass and pool but he doesn't spend all the time there, if have any question please let him know or text me.
Winter time no heat the outdoor pool.
