The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The check in process was easy and quick. Once we got settled into our room the shower water was hot or scolding hot. Thankfully the front desk was able to put us in another room pretty quickly. The second room we got had no ac and

Unable to adjust AC, bath tub was rusted. Trouble getting the shower to spray it kept also pouring from the tub spout. Room carpet was dirty and old. There was a air purifier going and that concerned me for mold.

Clean room, always friendly staff. I will mention that our shower was not the best but when I brought it up to the staff they immediately sent up maintenance who addressed it.
