Welcome to our one of a kind private guest suite. Nestled in the heart of Seminole Heights. You can go for a night on the town in downtown Tampa or Ybor. As well as enjoy all the beautiful beaches close by.

This newly built suite offers very cute and cozy living area, kitchenette, loft area, bathroom, and parking

Do not waste your time

My family and I arrived on our trip to Tampa only to find out our reservation was double booked and we were out of a place to stay. One hour prior to check in. After 4 hours on the phone with Vrbo we were finally able to find a place to stay for my family and I. RENTER BEWARE!

Total Disappointment

This was our first time using Vrbo, and sadly, we did not get to use our reservation. First, we had to wait for the entry code that was supposed to be sent at 2 PM. We were getting a bit nervous after calling/texting with no response. The owner replied via Vrbo at around 5 PM with the code and instructions on how to find the place. When we arrived at the suite, we were shocked to realize someone else had already been staying there. This was evident by the amount of dirty clothes on the floor, the overall state of the space, and the fact that the TV was on. We ran out of there after snapping a picture for proof. We left a voice message, and the owner contacted me a few hours later with an apology and assurance that we would be refunded our money. We opened a claim with Vrbo and are currently waiting for a resolution. The experience was stressful and disappointing, so we do not recommend this property.

Nightmare

Place was double booked. Host would not respond. Vrbo did little to help , ended up getting a hotel . Nearly two weeks later I’m still waiting to get a refund from host and Vrbo . Would not recommend if I could leave 0 stars I would.
