It was clean, which is number 1 priority to my family & I. It was centrally located, easy to get to. It was well stocked, although we immediately go to a Walmart and buy our own supplies. The response to turning on the hot tub for us was very prompt, although other responses usually took 7-8 hours, which was ok as nothing was urgent. We would definitely return if going to this area again.

ATTENTION!!! This property is not what it seems to be. The house had gnats flying around the moment we stepped in the door. The kitchen surfaces had crumbs on them and the refrigerator was leaking from the bottom. We contacted the host a month prior to the check in date and asked if we could have a bbq for my son and 10 of his friends who are all enlisted in the United States Air Force. I was told no problem and to thank them for their service to this country. When we arrived the pool was filthy. Algae was on the walls of the hot tub and the pool. They said it gets cleaned 2x per week but either that’s not true at all or the property manager is not doing their job. An hour after checking I informed the host of all of these things and let them know someone wasn’t doing their job. I even offered to not leave a bad review if they sent someone immediately to make it right. I was told that they have service records that the house & pool was clean but that someone would come in the morning because it was already after 6pm. That never happened and the bbq was scheduled for that day. We found another property and left at 1pm. We were charged for the entire time. Notice that there are no pictures of the front of the property. The front of the property is not easy on the eyes and the property had a for sale sign on it. Attached to the review are pictures of the pool and a gnat on the kitchen counter and some substance left in a bowl on the kitchen table.

TERRIBLE / DO NOT BOOK / FILTY / Intimidator

We didn’t stay. We were told the place was being cleaned and would we ready for our 4:00 pm check in. When we arrived the pool water was muddy and disgusting. I sent a video to the host showing cloudy water. Possibly mold growth. Swampy. The host was unresponsive until VRBO got involved. Once we finally spoke to the host she raised her voice, and was telling us how earlier in the week the pool was cleaned. Argumentative, and then she hung up the call. We were scared to stay there after. Lady was crazy At VRBO’s advice we opened a chargeback with our credit card company because host refused to refund us for never staying at this disgusting house. Even charged the cleaning fee and we didn’t even stay there. Worst experience. Small house. Shady location. Book anywhere else.

Late winter trip

The property was adequate for what we needed. We were looking for a place where my wife could recover from surgery. The hot tub was in the back yard was a plus. The pool was cool even though it was heated to 80 degrees. With outside temps in the 70’s, we didn’t use the pool. The kitchen was very complete even with sharp knives. It would be tight for 4 adults due to the single small bathroom. But it worked for us as a couple of two.

Decent Place

Check in and contact with the host was easy and quick. The house was extremely clean and well set up. The issues we had were that the TV in the bedroom didn’t work and had no remote. The pool is ok. Not as beautiful as the pictures. Additionally, the exterior of the house is not nice and this made us hesitate to even enter the house. Because the reviews said it was nice and clean we entered and found it to be so.

Cute home inside, grill was nice and the pool was good. Hot tub you have to request to turn on which is odd and the property needs landscaping as it’s pretty messy but outside of that it was a good stay.

Very clean pool was warm

This property is in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and the basics are well stocked. This place is much better than any motel within 20 minutes for both price and convenience. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

An sich war es völlig okay, aber der Whirlpool konnte nur vom Besitzer angeschaltet werden was nur 1 mal geklappt hat in den 4 tagen, da auf unsere email auch keine antworten kam erst am Tag vor der Abreise. Das Sofa ist komplett fleckig und das wäscheparfüm war zu viel das ganze Haus roch danach.

Hidden Gem in South Tampa

Perfect VBRO that is conveniently located and has all the right amenities to make any stay enjoyable. This cute home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing oasis of a backyard. The pool, hot tub, fire pit and multiple seating options provide a different vibe for whatever suites your mood! Communication with the host was fantastic and the check in/out orders were seamless. Definitely recommend a stay!

Quiet and lovely experience in a charming, private pool home

We booked this Vrbo for a quick overnight stay in Tampa after a concert, and it exceeded our expectations! The neighborhood was quaint—mostly working-class and very safe—making us feel right at home. The location was conveniently just a short Uber ride from Raymond James Stadium. The interior of the house was so well-appointed it felt like we were stepping into a brand new home. What really took our breath away was the backyard; it was significantly larger than it appeared in photos, featuring a beautiful expansive yard with a pool, hot tub, and a cozy outdoor dining area. The weather was perfect, enhancing our evening spent outdoors. The house offered the most comfortable beds, and the room with the two beds had blackout curtains, which were perfect for a restful night's sleep. We had no issues with noise at all. The host was exceptionally kind and communicative, making every interaction a pleasure. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay—we couldn't have asked for more! Special thanks to the hosts and cleaning team. It was truly a special experience of core memories.
