Checkin process was very easy and very detailed instructions were provided regarding the property and resort amenities. Property itself is perfect for a stay in the Tampa / St Pete area. Very clean and everything available for a short or extended stay. Lots of room and great storage/closet space to let your family spread out. Be sure to check out the Sunset Bar and Grill on the resort property!

Nice place to stay. Some of the blinds needed to be repaired and the shower door did not shut but overall it was a pretty good experience.

Little Harbor

Great spot for the family. The kids loved the pools and the location is close to lots of activities. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Door lock was a bit tricky but we got it figured out eventually. Property was clean and comfortable.

The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The listing mentioned a hot tub, washer/dryer, garage access, grill, but there is not a hot tub, garage access or grill, and the washer dryer had no water coming into it, so we couldn’t use it. Maintenance issues… light not working over the parking space and hallway; kitchen chair had a very loose leg we tightened; defunct washer/dryer. Bring your own salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters… none of those provided. Has a very long flight of steep steps just to get to the entry door. This was difficult for my parents in their 80’s. Listing should mention the steep climb to get to the front door.

The key pad entry is nice more room then we needed. Wish the place had it own grill and some amenities coffee ect . The check out time is kinda early for me .

Great location and amenities. Restaurants nearby were pretty good. Rental was as expected and met our basic needs. Could use a deep cleaning but otherwise was fine.

Unparalleled view, spacious, tastefully decorated & (most importantly) very clean. Several other condos have restricted AC (can’t go below 73) but this one does not. The bathtubs are deep & brand new. The exterior needs TLC & the interior paint is worn but you will not regret staying here. You will want to move here.

Florida Family Fun

We had a nice time at the Ruskin location. It was nice to walk each day in a controlled environment. The kids liked the small gym and basketball court. The condo was nice.

January getaway

The property was exactly as in the pictures. Beautiful location. We were equally as happy to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins as to make short travel to Sarasota and St. Petersburg. Many options available and very comfortable.

Ruskin in winter

Property was great for our needs. Loved watching the Dolphins, beach conveniently close and pool great also. We brought bikes and used them frequently. Host responded to our needs immediately.
