I arrive back in America and receive my final invoice and get charged $94 for lost linens. So I call them and they said it was linens from the closet, which we never used since we were only there 3 nights and kept everything in our suitcase. The lady then states she will send me a picture of the missing linen and Pillow. I’m traveling to america, why the heck would we steal their pillows, which my daughter and husband didn’t care for since they were large and not what we are used to. Also, the front bathroom was stopped up upon arrival & no one fixed. The unit ac stays at 72 and the master bedroom is warm. There was not enough bath soap for 3 people to shower and we had to buy some. I cleaned the entire place before we left since there was no instructions for departure. When I asked about the missing linens they said they trusted their staff. Well now that I’m in America, how can I go back and look for these so called missing linens. We had 3 bags and dang sure didn’t have space for a pillow and their linens. If you stay here, go through and take pictures of everything. I’ve been reading other travelers and they have had fraudulent charges after their check out as well.
