Amazing location, beautiful setting nice pool

We loved our stay at this three bedroom condo. It worked well for our family. It was Klien loved having a washer and dryer. We had a little hiccup with the air conditioning. I contacted the property manager and they had someone out right away and repaired it quickly the property is an amazing location Close to everything in Tamarindo right across the street from the beach and shops are all within walking distance, Property has a nice pool. We felt safe and had a wonderful week.

Tamarindo Disappointment

Property did not meet expectations and the manager (Blue Zone/Diego Rosales) clapped back after our departure claiming that we broke the house portable speaker, which we never even used, and billed my credit card for it. The (tired) condo status does not equate to the (old) photos. The condo needs a complete upgrade/redo with worn out furnishings and overall appearance. Don't rent this property until it is refurnished and watch out for the dishonest management. Decent location though.

Costa Rica stay

Location wonderful. Easy to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and grocery. Beach just across the street. Only fault we found was that the patio door did not lock. Only had a bar, and the entry door did not have a safety, security latch.

Great stay in Tamarindo

This condo has all the amenities that you will need. It’s spacious and clean and has a great pool. The beach is directly across the street and all shops and restaurants and within walking distance. A wonderful vacation spot!

Fabulous location

Great location, walk right out to pool, clean and close to shops/food. Some things to note- the safe did not lock, the front door broke and did not lock. Other than that place was great !

Great Location!

Large condo with well stocked kitchen and great shampoo/body wash in showers. Beach towels/chairs and cooler included. Quiet, laid back atmosphere. Very good location as you could directly walk across street to get beach access. The only thing we could say that could improve was wifi signal in condo, if you need that. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and centrally located

We were very pleased with our stay in the Sunrise condos. It was the ideal location for our visit as we spent the whole time surfing and enjoying the beach. The condo itself was lovely - very clean, spacious and had everything we could possibly need. We felt very safe there. I highly recommend the space to everyone traveling to Tamarindo.

Poolside is the place to be

Our overall impression of the property is that is very well maintained and very safe. The description in the listing is very accurate. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for a three week stay. Being poolside was an added plus! We love the location because you can walk to markets, stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

My family and I had an amazing vacation in Tamarindo. The property was well stocked with supplies to get you going before a trip to one of the nearby grocery stores. The beach towels were much appreciated as was the washer and dryer. The property itself is a bit tired but had everything we needed and the location could not have been better. I have to give a shout out Blue Zone for answering all of my questions and for setting up transportation to and from Tamarindo to Liberia. They are all very professional and consistently responded in a timely manner.

Amazing location in Tamarindo

The property was clean and very well equipped. It’s a walk-out to the pool and you only have to cross one street to be at the beach. There are tons of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The property owner - Blue Zone - was 100% responsive to all of my questions and requests. I couldn’t recommend this more highly!

Sunrise 33

Sunrise 33 is fantastic. Clean, spacious and a well stocked kitchen. It is on the ground floor and has a great outdoor porch right by the pool. It is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach is located across the street and easy to walk too. Highly recommend this condo.

Great Location

We had a little trouble getting into the property. The email went to my junk mail and I had trouble finding it . Other than that our trip was amazing. Great location, very nice pool area right outside our door, and lots of little extras in the house. Would definitely stay there again.

terrific property

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunrise 33 condo. It was clean, well furnished and even had beach towels! We had a few minor issues, however, they were fixed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Retreat

The unit was lovely and the complex was well maintained and landscaped. The location was excellent. We enjoyed the convenience of ducking right off the main street into the secluded and secure complex. The pool provided a tranquil setting to relax. We also appreciated the extras; cooler, beach chairs, and gas grill. The professionals at Blue Water Properties made the trip easy and were especially helpful in setting up a rental car to be delivered and picked up right at the condo. We had a great time and highly recommend the unit and the property managers.

Beautiful pool! The location was awesome !

I am going to list all the great things about this condo. *very roomy , Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms *5 nice beach towels *beach chairs *comfy sectional *amazing location * the covered patio with 6 chairs and table was in the shade and only a step away from lounge chairs in the sun *The pool was beautiful with a water fall and right out the backdoor We had a wonderful trip , I did call the management co. about a noisy running toilet and the other one had a small drip on the floor. No one came to fix it so we decided to just shut the door at night so we couldn't hear it running . The back sliding door also is an absolute pain to shut and lock!! In seven days that was the only complaint I had it was a very minimal problem. I would definatly rent this unit again!!

We had a great stay! The location can’t be beat. The condo had everything we needed, and was clean and spacious. We were happily surprised. Our only slight complaint was uncomfortable twin beds in one of the rooms but this did not impact our stay. We would definitely go back again and again to this condo. Thank you for a great vacation!

Sunrise 33 was EXCELLENT. The location and facility itself were perfect for us.

Sunrise 33 is on the main drag in Tamarindo. It is set in from the street slightly, giving it a quieter feeling. We were in Costa Rica for sun, surfing and adventure and Sunrise 33 was a great location. The beach is immediately across the street and surf board rentals and lessons are abundant. Sunrise 33 is a walk out condo to a lovely pool. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Having a washer and dryer was key for us. At one point, the dryer broke and was fixed within a couple of hours and I wasted no vacation time waiting for service. Sunrise 33 was excellent.
