Was assigned a totally unsatsfactory and completely unsafe room. Narrow and extremely steep stairs, suitable only for mountain goats, led to the sleeping area. I didnot try the climb. When I returned to Reception to ask for a room re-assignment, the staff member was extremely reluctant to do so. I am in my mid 70s so a bit of consideration for my limitations would have been appreciated. Another room was finally assigned. It was quite draughty and cool. Two duvets needed. Not great for MINUS temperatures!!!

Elena on front desk was most helpful throughout the five day stay, providing advice on local tourist points of interest. The room was clean and serviced most days, although , additional tea and coffee sachets were not easy to track down. Breakfast was good and a hot and cold choice each day! Located in the old city so not difficult to get around. Bus journey to and from the airport approximately 20 mins and close to airport using Balti Jamm bus stop 👍

First of all, locationwise it is a good choice but do not expect a hospitality or warm room. There is an electric heater but it is not enough. Also the receptionist guy was extremely impolite when asking questions. He literally had no idea that we were checked in and our visit got assigned to a room, which he thought that it was empty. Somebody tried to open our room door in the morning and our baby woke up immediately. Unfortunately the worst experience through this website so far. Otherwise breakfast was nice and staff at restaurant were kind.

Our recent stay was pleasant overall. The room was acceptable, though we did find one of the provided cups to be less than perfectly clean. However, the breakfast experience was truly outstanding and a definite highlight of our visit. We appreciated the variety and quality of the offerings. We would recommend this place, keeping in mind the minor detail about the cup.

Hotel’s location was very good regarding when you want to visit into Old Town of Tallinn. Location is also very peaceful in general and there isn’t any problems with sounds outside. Hotel was inside very nice-looking and clean. Breakfast was also good. Nothing groundbreaking but very fulfilling and delicious as you should expect. But room in general was little too small for two people (Even when room was for two person). There wasn’t enough rooms for your luggages and layout in general should have been better. Overall, there’s nothing major to ruin the experience expect for room. Hotel gets its job done so that’s more than enough.

Location was amazing! Easy enough to walk into old town but also close to the train station and more modern restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful giving tips to my NYE in Tallinn. Parking was easy and happy that it was included. I didn’t get to try the breakfast so can’t comment on that. The room that I got was small but worked for me - a solo traveller. I think if you had another person it would be cramped but doable if you two get along. The shower/toilet was also small but worked. The size didn’t bother me since the building is original and probably a few hundred years old!

The room was on the 5th floor. Be aware the elevators only go to the third floor. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was plenty comfortable. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. The location is maybe 4 blocks to the Christmas market, a perfect location. The staff was very helpful!
