I live in NJ close to my parents, and my sister lives in Tallahassee. To make it easier for my parents, who are separated, to see my sister and their grandchildren, I surprised them with the keys to a "his and her" condo in the same complex. You won't find condos in the area with more abundant amenities because I wanted to give my parents the home away from home they have always dreamed of. If this listing is available, my mom isn't in town, and so her beautiful condo is available to use!
Our condo is conveniently located just 5 miles (10-minute drive) from FSU—close enough for easy access, yet comfortably removed from the college hustle, creating a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. You'll also find grocery options like Publix nearby, and Whole Foods is just a 15-minute drive away. The area boasts a variety of restaurants, shopping venues, beautiful parks—including some with pickleball courts—and much more for you to enjoy!

Another good stay.
Always a great place to stay with easy access to FAMU and FSU while being away from all the noise. Always clean and the neighborhood is quiet. I've stayed 3 times now.
