Overall a really wonderful hotel!! Big, comfortable room and bed with a nice bathroom and kitchenette too. The staff were very helpful with any requests. Used the convenient laundry facilities and even the gym once! Great location - right next to Daโ€™an Park, ( which we really enjoyed exploring every day) and the subway station - so convenient! Would highly recommend!

The receptionist was okay. The house keeping was very bad. Only had 10 pieces of tissue paper for 2 days. Did not replace toilet paper, in one day only a third of toilet roll remained after the room was serviced. Air conditioning was not working properly! Room was not serviced one day when we returned to our room at 4,00 PM. Only 4 packets of tea provided each day!! Breakfast was very limited.

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave useful tips on which Din Tai Fung was a better option than nearby original outlet, where were the hip cafes and how to get around Taipei on public transport to where we wanted to get to. Also helpful when we needed to pack some snacks in a box. Very convenient location with Daan Park mrt entrance and 7-11 less than 5 min walk, and Yongkang area just 10 mins walk. Lovely park if you want to just have a nice green stroll nearby.
