The room is AI-powered, which is quite interesting. I really appreciate the hotel’s extra touches, like complimentary souvenirs, snacks, and even a bottle of wine, such pleasant surprises. The only downside is that the bathtub is rather small, just enough for one person

This was our first time in Taipei and we absolutely loved our stay at the Taipei Garden Hotel. It was a true 5-star experience with clean spacious rooms, great views of the city, and extremely friendly & helpful staff. Whenever we would get out of the taxi, the staff greeted us by opening the doors, helped us bring in all our luggages, were very playful and attentive to our child, and helped us with additional questions. It also helped that the hotel had an onsite currency exchange as well as a spa and multiple restaurant options, although there are really great dining options nearby in the Ximending area. What stood out to me most was their choice of shampoo and conditioner - they used L’Occitane which I absolutely adored. The only thing I could possibly fault on is that the shower tiles could be cleaned a bit better, but otherwise everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

Great location, quick walk to the metro system. Hotel also provide FREE tour bus to near sightseeing spot! Rooms have AI powered inters speaker to assist you. Daily free water and coffee in room are provided. We stayed 10 days and enjoyed everyday. Bathroom had shower and Japanese tubs to soak. Highly recommend!

Located within walking distance is Chiang Kai Chek monument with hourly changing of the guards, and the beautiful Taipei Botanical Gardens which offers a respite with an oxygen boost from the busy noisy streets. This is a nice boutique hotel, which is ideally located with 3 minutes walk to nearby train station. It’s a short walking distance to Ximen. It offers a delicious Breakfast offer.

Location was close but not immediately next to some shopping centers. Very cheap route from TPE is to use bus 1961A, stops directly opposite this hotel. I think it was 115 NTD per person.

Room sound insulation was excellent. We were on the 7th floor facing a busy road and heard very little road noise. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and the individual AC worked very well. Close to the MRT station with eateries and supermarket nearby. If you have to do laundry, a very nice, easy to use and inexpensive Electrolux laundry mat is a 5 minute walk away. Room rate was great, and we love the Toto toilets with bidets.
