Great location in Ximending

We liked the location cause it was walking distance to the bustling streets with food and shops, but tucked in a quiet corner that was perfect for resting. The rooms were clean, but we've stayed at other branches in Japan and the service wasn't as exceptional.

Location Location Location! One block away from the entrance to the XiMen Night Market. Not inside the Night Market which can be busy and noisy. So close to the MRT, Night Market, local eateries, and many massage places. We took advantage of that and went to different massage places for foot massages on many different nights. Very clean and friendly staff. Has coin-op laundry. Great place to stay and we will stay again when/if we go back to Taipei.

Reserved an accessible room as my mother has abit of trouble walking and the rooms was amazing. I think the only things this hotel are missing are bathtubs and a swimming pool ( or public hot tub) Everything else was great!

Second time staying at Solaria Nishitetsu Taipei, and it was just as wonderful as the first. This hotel is convenient to the MRT, shopping, food and sights. You can easily walk to Dihua, Taipei Main Station, Longshan and the area is safe and clean. The hotel staff is so courteous and helpful, housekeeping is great, there's laundry and a restaurant on site. We love staying here, and will probably be back next year.

Excellent hotel & great service. Stayed at this hotel for a total 10 nights (7 3) for two separate stays in the past two weeks.. I was denied a courtesy one hour late checkout unless I pay $500 per hour. Most hotels would grant this type of request. Little disappointed….

The location is closed to center of shopping and eateries. Walkable (about 5minutes) to the nearest MTR station. The very small rooms are the only negative about the hotel. The hotel is brand new.

Our hotel stay was fantastic. 2 adults, 2 kids. So close to interesting things and easy access to the subway. Hotel staff were very nice and the rooms were amazing. Beds were super comfortable. The hotel follows a policy of cleaning rooms every other day. Guests are required to place their rubbish and used towels outside their rooms for replacement, which can result in unpleasant smells and cluttered walkways. The rooms are small, and the staff at the lobby are unfriendly, often chatting among themselves instead of attending to guests. Expect long waits for the lift, especially during peak hours. The location is inconvenient—situated at the far end of Ximending, quite a distance from public transport. The entrance on the first floor has an unpleasant smell, and there are no notable amenities or attractions nearby.
