I came in an Uber. No bell boy & NO staff on ground level as the reception is on 11 floor. When hotel staff finally came to collect my luggage; She missed one piece of luggage in Uber. It took me 3 hours pf misery locating the forgotten luggage by hotel staff. No compensation was offered.

Hidden gem. Good value. Oddly located on top floors of office complex. Hotel lobby and restaurant are on the 11th floor. Rooms are well appointed with small terrace where you can see Taipei 101 to the right. AC was excellent. Good location near night market and other food choices.
