年代太久了，室內需要做更新，台北香格里拉一樣有年紀，但是不會有這樣的老舊感。 客房服務不能記房帳也很不好。大廳動線雜亂，停車場老舊氣味難聞，都是大扣分的原因。

Stone throw distance from Tainan local train station (not HSR Tainan/Shalonwhich is 24 min away via local train) Room was huge and with everything immaculate and modern. Connected to high end department store. Gorgeous view from the high rise rooms. Concierge was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi tour of the city with suggestions where to visit and did all the arrangements with the driver. Taxi was NT$500 per hour, so we got to see some notable sites within couple of hours with personal drive waiting at each spots. Highly recommend.

The carpet is too old and has an unpleasant smell, There were many guests on Saturday, and many guests were eating breakfast. The replenishment of ingredients was very passive. I really couldn't stand it and asked the waiter to make up for it...

This is a beautiful 38 story hotel, located right across the street from the Tainan main train station. I only used it as a one night stopover. However, if I am ever back in this part of taiwan, I will absolutely use it again. Rooms are spacious and have excellent views of the city. This is one location.I give no hesitance to a five star review. Top notch all the way.
