CityInn Hotel Plus East in Taichung is excellent. The staff are kind and helpful. The lobby and main floor has plenty of seating areas to relax, check your smartphones, and hang out after a long day. The breakfast buffet is superb. Lots of good choices and the food is delicious. The breakfast seating and service area is very nice and pleasing.

Very close to Taichung Station. Everything was great. NOTE: Free Laundry is great except their dryers were hit and miss. Other patrons were also having issues with the dryers not being hot enough, even on high heat. Took about 3 hours to dry where as it would take 30 mins in coin laundry. I'd recommend to go to a nearby coin laundry place if time is sensitive.
