車椅子での利用。入り口の段差有り、スロープが無い。固定されて無い小さな簡易スロープは置いてありましたが、スーツケース用の為ぐらいのはかなさ。ロビー内はバリアフリー。でも海岸側の外に出ようとしたら、また段差。車椅子1人では、ホテルから外に出れない。当然、砂浜海岸までは長い階段。2泊3日だったけど、暇した。ランチがないので、苦労してオーシャンリゾートホテルまで行った。朝食バイキングにメインが無い。夕食メインは、揚げたての海老天、これには満足、だけど1人ふたつまで。会席料理頼んだけど、やっていませんと言われました。ウエルカムドリンクのカウンターまで階段で車椅子で行けないしセルフサービスと言われた。当然温泉ははいれなかったけど、入浴税は精算された。夜お腹すいても、ルームサービスは無い。夢を持って、もっと豪華にしたかった。GWの催しもショーなども一切なかった。

宿泊費を基本に回答しました GWにも関わらず、ビジネスホテル並みの宿泊費で、 泊まれたので満足しています。 部屋は、清潔に保たれています。 窓ガラスが塩水で水あかが出来ていました。 これがなければコンディションを⭐️４にしました。 眺望は最高です。 大浴場は、素晴らしいです。 広さ、眺望、備品、長居してしまいました。 朝食は、美味しかったです。 味、種類、満足できました。 お米の炊き方にむらがありました。 デザートはもう少し種類があると嬉しいです。 施設は、古いのでしょうが、気にならない範囲でした。 夕飯は、利用していません。

規模が大きくて綺麗ですが何故かお客が少ない。 多分夕食のバイキングがイマイチなのだと思います。 天婦羅も冷たいし小さなステーキも冷めていました。 温泉も一応はありますが露天風呂が無いのが残念です。
