We’re two blocks from the UPS campus and an easy walk to the Proctor commercial area. 6th Ave, Old Town Tacoma and the Ruston Waterfront are nearby as well. This apartment features a well-equipped and skylit kitchen, full bath and a large, comfortable common space/living area. Guests can unwind in this comfortable, cozy space. We had such a lovely time here - this apartment on the top floor of this home is spacious, clean, well-stocked, and in a lovely neighborhood of Tacoma. Matt was a great host - unobtrusive but very responsive when we had a question. Would highly recommend, and will stay there again next time if we can!

Loved this place!

This place was incredible! It is in such a gorgeous area of Tacoma — the surrounding houses were all beautiful, and there is an amazing coffee shop (Lander coffee) within walking distance. And the house itself was great! Well stocked, clean, and a lot bigger than I would have expected! We met the owner a couple times and he was amazing — super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Large, airy, and very clean space perfect for me to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and do some reading. Very quiet, and I did meet and speak with the downstairs resident and enjoyed that aspect of the stay. Thank you for a terrific stay in a very nice area of Tacoma.

Great space in a lovely neighborhood

Matt’s loft apartment is beautiful and spacious. It has a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom and the bed and all the furniture is super comfy. The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Would be very happy to stay here again anytime!!
