Very kind guest service who made sure that we felt like the number one priority through every request no matter how large or small. They took time to explain things when we had questions as well as gave us information about things ahead of time that we may have not even thought to ask about. Room service was efficient and very diligent with their work. And the restaurant within the lobby had food that was nothing short of excellent.

Stay was so/so. Front desk staff was friendly and check- in process was fast. Security guard on duty throughout the night was helpful. Free, fresh coffee in the lobby a huge plus! First room we were put in had a strong odor of bleach so we switched rooms, this room also had a strong odor of some type of chemical. Hotel needs to be updated and fells dirty and tired. Seemed like there may be some full time residents staying there that we observed doing there laundry and could hear loud music coming from some of the rooms. Water in shower was warm but never got hot. Breakfast was not free, looked okay but I wouldn't go so far as to pay for it. Walls paper thin and could hear our neighbor's talking and watching tv into the wee hours of the night. All in all our stay was okay but for the price, unfortunately, I can not recommend.

We had to wait an extra 15 minutes for our room to be ready, but the lovely Jasmine at the front desk gave us vouchers for free breakfast the next morning. She was absolutely professional and friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The neighborhood was a little questionable, but the hotel has 24 hour security watching vehicles all night. I really appreciated that. Jesus made our breakfast and it was great. The ladies working at the restaurant were wonderful too.

Room was nice. Property was under construction so it felt run down. There was also a strange green light above the inside of the door that blinked periodically all night. It was obnoxious. We booked last minute for the night so it was sufficient for a place to sleep but likely wouldn’t book again.
