While the surrounding area was loud (right off the highway) our room was so well insulated, we didn't hear any of the outside chaos at all. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend the Emerald Queen!

This was a difficult property to rate. We had difficulty finding where to enter the hotel. We found a garage that stated "hotel parking", but there were no luggage carts or signs that stated that the hotel was located up the elevator. When we drove around again, we were sent to a different elevator that took us to the same place. Check in was easy & we got into our room early. Area around the property is sketchy at best & I would not wander around outside. Although we were hotel guests, we had to show ID each time we entered the casino. The casino "guards" ranged from quite nice to not very. Overall, 3.5-4 stars. Not sure if I would stay again, although we won!

Such a nice hotel. The only thing they need to improve is adding a microwave. Its ridiculous how a high quality hotel doesn't have a microwave and an Iron. Wouldnt recommend it
