Two of my cups still had lipstick stains from the previous occupant…it was obviously irritating to not have cups on NYE Parking for the casino needs to expand. You can’t have an event that large with such minimal parking.

Emerald Queen was FANTASTIC. Please convey our thanks to the gentleman on the frontdesk duty on Friday 26th Dec around 4pm. He recommended the side of the room with BREATHTAKING view. We enjoyed staying in the hotel so much. The hotel is super clean, parking is super easy, and location is superb as it is surrounded by nice museums, yummy restaurants, and South Hill mall. We will be back for more stays!
