Had a spillage during check in process and was offered no help at all, other than handing me a roll of paper towels to mop up the floor. Room not particularly clean. Main door had tendancy to not lock shut unless pulled hard - a bit of a worry if cleaning staff just let the door close behind them ( might not be locked). Food average at best. Very little english language tv. Luckily only there two nights, and no chance I'd ever book again.

We loved Szeged and would definitely stay again.

We loved the location. We were able to easily walk to sites and many great restaurants. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was hot but the front desk was able to turn off the unit in the room and we opened the window. The only knock was that a couple of our towels were stained.

Great hotel with a few details to improve

A beautiful hotel, modern, clean, perfectly designed, parking wasn't too tight, bathtub was huge. The only negative points were the checkout at 10 am which felt more like a hostel than a hotel... And staff could be more helpful
