La struttura è molto pulita e facilmente raggiungibile. La stanza e i servizi sono gradevoli e arredati in modo semplice ma con gusto. Anche il personale è gentile. Forse il prezzo per una sola notte e una sola persona è un po' troppo caro per essere un b&b comunque lontano dal centro di Siracusa. Un'altra pecca: si paga la penale di 15 euro se il check-in si fa dopo le 18, cosa assolutamente comprensibile se si trattasse di un ingresso dopo le h. 23, forse.

Camera piccola, ma accogliente e completa di tutti i confort. L’unico inconveniente è nella colazione consistente in merendine confezionate o fette biscottate e caffè in capsule o te da fare sul momento tramite bollitore elettrico. Camera pulita e personale accogliente.

La struttura è bella e soprattutto nuova ma quello che colpisce è l’accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale addetto. Sono stata accolta da Federica che si è subito messa a disposizione fornendomi assistenza durante il mio soggiorno e aiutandomi spontaneamente a risolvere qualche problema logistico. Essendomi recata da sola nella struttura questa cosa è stata molto apprezzata

Qualche miglioramento per la perfezione

Pro: struttura nuova, materiali naturali negli arredi, zona silenziosa e ben servita da bar supermercati e qualche ristorante. Contro: lontano dal centro (serve auto), colazione non molto abbondante, barrette e cornetti confezionati e macchinetta nespresso con capsule (è pur sempre un bb), mancava un cestino nella zona colazione e uno specchio in bagno, mancava un tappeto per la doccia ma è stata una dimenticanza. Non rifanno le camere ogni giorno. Valutazione complessiva 8
