Wonderful nice hosts. Very loving and helpful. But as another said. This is a property for which is a working sicilian household. Didn't see a hot tub, 1 gallon HW heater.so cold showers. Hard bed. Street parking (very safe street). But be aware that the owners are right upstairs. For a budget, this is great..for a vacation..not so much

Wir waren 7 Tage zu zweit in der angebotenen Unterkunft und haben über dieses Portal gebucht und bezahlt. Da man begrenze Zeichen hat, muss ich die Bewertung in Stichpunkte fassen.- Ankunft: Kein Stellplatz obwohl angegeben, mussten die ganze Woche auf Straße parken- Vermieterin spricht entgegen Angabe kein Französisch/Spanisch- Herd/Kühlschrank/Spülbecken nicht sauber- Hund von Vermieterin hat auf Türschwelle und in Gästezimmer gepinkelt. - Im Außenbereich ist man nie ganz für sich, vor dem Haus hängen drei Kameras und Vermieter sind oft im Garten. Pool vorhanden, aber kein Whirpool. Die ersten drei Tage lief die Filterpumpe nicht - Wasser nicht sauber- Auf Terasse hängt Gastherme für Warmwasser an der Wand. Es riecht immer nach Gas, wenn sie arbeitet.- Kühlschrank hat laut geklappert, was uns aufweckte. Lag an Einschüben im Gefrierfach. Nach herausnehmen ok.- Wohnung hellhörig, man hört Gespräche/Föhn etc von Vermietern.- Bad sehr klein. Auf Toilette mit 171cm kaum Platz vor Knien. Aber sauber!- sehr gut: Klimaanlage. Kühlt gut und ist leise.- weiter Angaben, die nicht stimmen: Feuerlöscher, erste Hilfe Kasten, keine Gasgeräte (siehe Bild von Herd), Waschmaschine vorhanden (Vermieterin biete an, für einen zu waschen)Trotz genannter Mängel eine schöne Wohnung und für Badeurlaub gute Lage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht.

Best place to be !!!

Excellent séjour chez Giusy et Nuccio. Accueil chaleureux et convivial , localisation parfaite, vraiment une place de choix pour séjourner près de Syracuse et des plages proches à pied. Autres belles plages à proximité à 5 min. en voiture. Parking au pied de la maison appréciable. Pleins de petites attentions de la part de Giusy notamment notamment une belle soirée avec des plats siciliensnplayzicilies

La casa è perfetta per una famiglia di 4/5 persone, gli animali sono molto ben accettati. È una casa semplice ma completa di ogni comfort. I padroni di casa Giusy, Nuccio e Delia sono persone spettacolari. Loro sono la tipica famiglia siciliana molto ospitale ma, con una marcia in più. Abbiamo passato momenti indimenticabili con loro che più volte ci hanno invitato a cenare insieme… come dimenticare la disponibilità di Giusy che ci è entrata dritta nel cuore e la simpatia di Nuccio che ci ha sempre fatt Sentire parte della loro famiglia. Ancora oggi il nostro bimbo ci chiede: ma stasera ceniamo con Giusy e Nuccio? Grazie infinite per tutta la disponibilità e l’amore con cui ci avete accolto. GRAZIE

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, aber.

Die Gastgeberin war ein Schatz, mit einer Herzlichkeit die ihresgleichen sucht. Wir wurden zum Geburtstag der Tochter eingeladen und unsere Wäsche wurde gewaschen. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und einen großen Kühlschrank den wir füllen konnten. Das Haus ist von außen sehr hübsch und von innen zweckmäßig. Es gibt zwar eine kleine Terrasse um draußen zu essen, mehr aber auch nicht, denn die ist mit einem großen Tisch und vier Stühlen voll. Wir hätten gerne mal einen Tag im Garten gesessen, aber das war nicht möglich, denn direkt vor der Wohnungstür stand mindestens ein Auto und hinter der Terrasse gab es auch keine Möglichkeit. Wir haben jeden Tag Ausflüge gemacht, da es im Haus selbst sehr dunkel war und es, wie gesagt, keine Möglichkeit gab draußen entspannt zu sitzen, also Liegestühle oder so. Das Meer ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer Luxus sucht ist hier falsch, aber wer einfaches sizilianisches Leben mit Familienanschluss will ist hier genau riechtig.

Cuisine pas agréable

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans la maison, malgré le prix convenient, nous étions déçu de la cuisine. Mancanze d'hygiène, pas d'organisation, Très sombre, trop de choses inutile... Toute la cuisine a besoin une grosse rénovation, jusqu'à la je peux pas conseiller cette habitation si vous avez envis de cuisiner à la maison.
