Stayed here because the YHA Sydney Harbour was so great. YHA Sydney Central was a shock. Really dirty. Cleaners are definitely understaffed for sure. Bathrooms were foul. Hair and plasters on the floor. The cubicles themselves were tiny and had to practically contort yourself to shut the door. The kitchen was no better. The fridges were full of mouldy food and smelled revolting. The kitchen itself was really dirty, the microwaves were gross.

It is passable if all You want is a bunkbed. But other than This, The Property was pretty much lacking. Many common areas were dirty, for example, the tables and chairs in The Lobby. There was No Coffee available on Property or in surrounds until after 6am, which is problematic when You have 7am flights... Plus common areas are closed from 11pm - 6am. Not really a Property seeking to cater to a cosmopolitan or travelling crowd.

Efficient and friendly check in, room was quiet, clean, and modern. Bathrooms at time of use were clean, shower pressure could be more powerful, but not a dealbreaker, enjoyed my stay.
