Very basic Hotel and for the price I would check options. The room was cleanish and older style but bed was nice & room soundproof was good (didn't even hear a plane) 2 let downs were PowerPoints near the bed only 1 on 1 side. The shower was in a bath (I can't handle that) so for a nice shower after a trip a real let down and & those bath combos are dangerous. I did not jump in pool but I stopped by it and it looked nice. Dinner at the restaurant was more like pub style with some table service - but the food was quick and really nice. Breakfast was very basic for $39 and nothing new or interesting - juice was cheap bottle style & only 1 self service coffee machine, no offer of any other type of hot drinks. Overall I would check my options of other hotels in the area the next time and if I did stay I would skip the breakfast and eat at the airport.

We enjoyed our stay. The bus stop is straight over the road to go to Mascot Station. Breakfast had plenty of options and tables were always available. The only negative was the beds are on the softer side and experience roll together making for a cosy night sleep. The room was suitable for a family of 4 for a short stay in Sydney. Dont bother with the green sign on the pillow, it wasn't applied at Check out we had to ask and then wait. Next time we would just get our room serviced

The staff were lovely very helpful with their restaurant recommendations for the vegetarian. The room was large and comfortable. Only downside pool area could do with a bit of a spruce.

Room was spotless and the staff were fantastic. The only problem is when I first arrive they asked for my credit card and I couldn’t understand the girl but she said something about $200 so when I checked out I’ve just looked at my bank statement and they’ve taken $200 off and I don’t know why I’ve tried to ring them four times but they’re not answering. . Hopefully you might be able to explain to me what $200 is for.
