The staff were all so wonderful and the beds were amazing. I wanted to take one home. First time in a long time I woke up pain free it was that good. The food we had was fresh and tasty. Will stay again in a heartbeat

This property’s elevator was painfully slow. We booked a double bed room and all they did was unzip the mattress in two and push it less than a foot apart from each other we might as well have booked a one bed. The bathroom did not have a fan and it was an extremely narrow space . The room was all very awkward and loud.

The hotel & room looked relatively new and clean. My room (Executive King Room) was quite spacious & it looked as advertised. Location is good within walking distance from city center or other transportation means. Though, the streets around the hotel are not clean and are a bit uncomfortable at evening time. The king bed is actually 2 twin beds together, so it's uncomfortable in the middfor a aolo person

While the front desk staff was very nice and professional, they didn't communicate all of the information clearly. No mention of wifi, gave me a drink voucher without any explanation, the didn't explain the eco friendly policy to me, and gave little insight into the restaurants on site.
