The location of the hotel is so convenient for international arrivals and departures. Two of the 3 lifts were out of action for an extended time, which was very frustrating. Staff very nice, and restaurant and bar has a lot of choices.

Always our go to for a stay when flying back internationally and getting in too late to get home. This time around we got a free upgrade to an airport view room which was a welcome treat after a particularly long and arduous flight. Breakfast buffet was also brilliant as always.

I appreciate the proximity to T1.... Biy for the second time in a year, my room's key card stopped working. Not sure why this is.....but considering the elevators will only work if you have a viable key card, a defunct key card causes considerable annoyance.
