Good Hotel

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Do not expect to get a good meal at the bistro anymore. Use to be very good, not so much now. Can see why it was empty.

No lift and our room allocated was at the far end of the hotel. The staff showed no compassion to the fact that my partner was disabled.

The room was fine but I had a missed call at 11:20 and then 12:23am the first night from the accommodation with a hangup message and then on the third day we had a fire alarm at 6:20 in the morning where we waited outside for 25 minutes for the owner to come and turn off the alarm and no fire services to check on the building.

the first room we were in was terrible the people in the next room were having a party with very loud music at 10.30pm I called to complain I was told someone would come up and get it shut down nothing happened finally about 11.30pm the manager came up and moved us to a new room, we had a very long day the next day and we had had a long trip down.
