The Space:
This beautifully styled home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious balcony with outdoor dining, offering uninterrupted views. Situated in the northern beachside suburb of Sydney, it's just a two-minute walk to Whale Beach and the popular Whale Beach Deli. A short drive away, guests can explore the cafes, restaurants, and boutiques of Whale Beach and Palm Beach, or enjoy a 20-minute coastal walk towards Jonah's Whale Beach.

Guests will be captivated by the home's 'wow' factor, featuring an expansive deck with ocean views and thoughtfully decorated rooms in modern Hampton’s styling. The open-plan living space, with its large glass windows, leads out onto the deck. Indoors, a modern gas fireplace ensures comfort on chilly evenings, making it an ideal year-round holiday destination. The living room boasts a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious dining area with an eight-seater table provides a perfect setting for meals. The fully equipped main kitchen includes a coffee machine, stainless steel appliances, and basic pantry items provided by the host. Outdoors, the entertainment area leads to a sun-drenched backyard with a paved courtyard and ample lawn space for children to play. An outdoor shower in the garden is convenient for rinsing off sand before re-entering the house. The steep driveway offers parking space for up to 3 cars.

Additionally, the house features a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine. All bed linen and towels, including beach towels, are provided by the host. The house has central heating and cooling throughout with the exception of Bedroom 1 which has it's own split system (heating and cooling).

By completing this reservation you agree that:
You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of $1000 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.
Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire top floor of the property and garden.
