Perfect for our needs as it was close to our family who also live on Maroubra Road. Walking distance to good food locations and 2 shopping centres. Very happy with the parking - easy access and remote from the street.

The bed is uncomfortable, its extra bed using as permanent bed. You cant lean back dan bed is unstable. Refrigerator was smelly, finally we dont use. Dusty floor and nothing in bathroom except towell. The goid things is apartment close to Eastgarden
