Room was the worst I have ever stayed. It looked like a Cruise ship cabin. Total bath room size 3ftx3 ft. First time in my life, I saw the wash basin in the bathroom as a quarter size (45 deg wedge shape) attached to a corner. I had to bend to spit. Shower size was 20"x24" - smaller than a cruise ship showers! Over all room size may be less than 100 sq ft. The door to the room - have never seen such a narrow door - standard airline suit case barely fit in to drag inside. Since I booked this just for over night sleep close to the airport, I did not walk out and there was no time. Checked in around 11 pm and left at 7 am. I have used your website so many times but never had such a bad experience. Please do NOT list these type of properties in your website. We believe the pictures and description in your website since we never traveled to these cities before. In addition, as soon as I opened the door the stench was so bad and complained at the front desk. He said to switch on the AC since room was kept without AC all day in hot conditions! The room was in another building and connecting walkway was horrible! I could not roll my suitcases. Overall, it was a horrible experience and hardly slept in. Purpose was to get a good night sleep before taking a 14 hr flight next morning but ended up in a stressful stay over!

The hotel is close to the airport and that's a big plus, but don't expect a spacious room or bath. Breakfast was good and lady was very helpful. Car parking was with additional charge and little space as it seems that they wanted to get as many customers as possible in that tiny accomodation. Overall, if you need a place to stay prior to departure or after landing for only one night, I would recommend it, otherwise stay somewhere else.

The room was dilapidated - paint peeling, tub/shower combination, and using a straight-rod plastic shower curtain rather than enclosed shower. There also was no anti-slip rubber mat for the tub. They also had an extra charge for the shuttle to the airport (a short seven-minute ride).

Room was quite spacious with basic amenities. Staff were lovely. There were no lifts which was hard with heavy luggages. If booking prior to an international travel again, I would not consider given the inconvenience of lack of lifts.
