Warnung vor Buchung – äußerst enttäuschend! Unser Aufenthalt war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Der versprochene Service existierte schlichtweg nicht. Es gab keine Rezeption vor Ort. In der Buchungsanzeige wurde ein Pool angegeben – dieser war nicht vorhanden. Ebenfalls wurde der kostenlose Zugang zum Aquapark zugesichert, was sich als falsch herausstellte. Stattdessen mussten wir den vollen Eintrittspreis ohne jeglichen Rabatt bezahlen. Ein angeblich inkludierter Parkplatz wurde uns nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Daher mussten wir das Auto an der Straße parken und zusätzlich 20 € pro Tag bezahlen. Ein Check-in vor Ort war nicht möglich – erst nach unserer Ankunft erfuhren wir von völlig fremden Personen, dass die Registrierung ausschließlich online erfolgt. Auf der Website stand außerdem, dass die Bezahlung des Aufenthaltes bei der Anreise während der Registrierung in der Landeswährung erfolgen sollte. Deshalb haben wir unser gesamtes Geld in die polnische Währung umgetauscht. Später stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die Zahlung erst nach der Rückreise erfolgt und der Betrag direkt von der Kreditkarte abgebucht wird. Wir mussten das Geld wieder in Euro umtauschen und haben durch den Wechselkursunterschied einen erheblichen finanziellen Verlust erlitten. Die auf der Website angegebene Telefonnummer war nicht erreichbar, und auf schriftliche Anfragen reagierte das Unternehmen überhaupt nicht. Fazit: Seien Sie äußerst vorsichtig, wenn Sie eine Buchung bei „Vacation Club“!!!

Das Einschecken ab 16:00ist sehr spät das Apartment war groß und geräumig leider war die Einrichtung in schlechtem Zustand die Betten waren zwar sehr bequem jedoch jede Bewegung in diesem müste von der Lautstärke selbst die Nachbarn deutlich vernommen haben ebenso warer die Nähte der Couch aufgerissen schade auf der Terrasse waren nur 2stühle nutzbar da 2an den Schweißstellen gebrochen ware

Die Wohnung ( App.37) ist an sich sehr schön , groß, 2 Balkone super an der Promenade gelegen ,Pluspunkt - fester Stellplatz gratis in der Tiefgarage. Allerdings gibt es diverse Mängel , Bett und Sofa durchgelegen , müßte dringend erneuert werden , Duschkopf sollte getauscht werden . Anbieter Vacation Club kann ich nicht empfehen, kein Hinweis bei Buchung, daß Check In/ Out nur noch online via Schließfach möglich ist, Erreichbarkeit eine Katastrophe , Hierbei waren Mitarbeiter von H.com sehr hilfsbereit , hatten aber die gleichen Probleme den Anbieter zu erreichen, online Check Inn dann mit erhaltener BuchungsNr u.Name versucht ,erfolglos .Wieder versucht V.Club zu erreichen, nach langer Zeit dann Glück gehabt, am Telefon dann der Hinweis , daß es mit der BuchungsNr nur funktioniert , wenn man direkt beim Anbieter bucht, und Checkin nur mit Telefon Nr und Codeanforderung funktioniert und nach Abschluß Mobilcheck Inn , Informationen zur Schlüsselabholung erhält . Bis 16.15 keine Info hierzu erhalten, Hotel.com erneut informiert . Hinweis erhalten, im Büro vor Ort nachzufragen, dort dann Glück gehabt, daß noch jemand da war ( bis 17.00 Uhr) handschriftlich dann Schließfach Code erhalten , das System selbst war dann einfach, Check Out Info auch nur durch Mitarbeiter vor Ort , nicht durch online Info durch V.Club erhalten . Vor 3 Jahren war CheckIn/ Out noch im Büro vor Ort möglich . H.com hat zurückgerufen und nachgefragt , ob dann doch noch alles geklappt hat. Großes Lob!

Für die Lage und den Preis den man zahlt, gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an der Promenade und eine Terrasse mit direkten Blick zur Promenade. Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es gab kein Geschirrhandtuch zum abtrocknen des Geschirrs, der Toilettendeckel war sehr wackelig, beim aufklappen der Couch war der Boden sehr sandig und zuletzt (welches mich persönlich am meisten gestört hat) waren leider die Töpfe mit Essensreste dran. Wenn das letztere nicht gewesen wäre, hätte man ein Auge zudrücken können weil für den Preis ist die Lage wirklich Top und da wir uns die meiste Zeit draußen aufgehalten haben war es „Ok“.

Ein großes Zimmer 1Bad. Alles gut soweit nur die Sitz und Schlafmöglichkeiten müssten komplett getauscht werden. Alles durchgelegen und gesessen. Es gibt nebenan nun auch eine Dauerbaustelle für ein neues großes Gebäude dauert bestimmt 1-1,5 Jahre bis das Objekt fertig ist. Würde Max mit 2 Personen einbuchen da man auf der Couch keinen mit guten gewissen schlafen lassen kann. Aber für 2 Personen noch ok.

Wir haben Urlaub mit 4 Personen - Kinder 10 und 13 Jahre alt für 7 Tage gemacht. Check - in war schwierig, da die Rezeption etwas versteckt liegt und man sich erst einmal durchsuchen muss, den Schlüssel wiederum muss man aus einem Schlüsselfach,welches sich wieder an einem anderen Ort befindet holen. Man erhält den Schlüssel erst ab 16.00 Uhr ! Parkplatz ist kostenlos vorhanden! Das Appartement ist ausreichend geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet,kleine Küchenzeile mit Kochplatte und etwas Geschirr sind vorhanden. Es gibt 1 Badehandtuch pro Person für den Aufenthalt (kein Wechsel).Das Appartement liegt sehr nah an der Promenade/Strand. Alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Restaurants und Bar's soweit das Auge reicht. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Unterkunft selbst ist mittelmäßig und schrecklich ist Umgang mit Gästen. Gleich nach Ankunft haben wir uns über einige Sachen beschwert.Es wurde uns versprochen,dass jemand sich kümmert und bis Ende ist nichts passiert. Unterkunft war nicht sauber,auf Terrasse wachsen Riesige Brennnessel und Lüftungen waren noch nie sauber gemacht.Der Verwalter hat sich erst entschuldigt und versprochen die räumigunskosten zu erstatten,aber bis heute fällt jede Spur davon.Genau wie von unsere Kaution.Auf meine weitere e-Mails habe ich keine Antwort bekommen. Ich fühle mich ehrlich gesagt betrogen und bin gerade dabei gegen Vacation Club rechtlich vorzugehen.

Perfekt beliggenhed. Selve lejligheden er rummelig med stor altan. Lejligheden er dog meget slidt og sengen ekstrem hård. Ingen rengøring og receptionen ligger andet steds. Receptionen var lukket da vi kom og vi blev henvist til at hente nøglen i en boks på et nærliggende hotel. Vi havde dog ikke modtaget kode til afhentning så kunne ikke få nøglen. Det lykkedes dog efter opkald til udlejer.

Die Lage war Top,direkt an der Promenade,sehr nah zum Strand.Viele Cafe's und Restaurant's In der Nähe. Frühstückbuffet wird links und rechts in den Häusern angeboten,perfekt. Check in und Check out problemlos. Die Schließfächer für die Schlüsselabholung sollten besser an dem Bürogebäude angebracht werden und nicht im Flur in einem anderen Hotel. Leider hat das Büro von Vocation Club die Öffnungszeiten geändert,bis 17:00 Uhr ,obwohl es auf deren Internetseite bis 20:00 Uhr steht und auch öffter zu hat, obwohl ein Mitarbeiter drin sitzt. Was das Apartament betrifft,da müsste einiges gemacht werden. Badezimmer Ausstattung: Duschkopf ,Toilettenhalterung,Mülleimer sollten ausgetauscht werden und wenigsten eine Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden sein.Wenn man nach 9 Std. Reise ankommt, wäre es ein Minimum was drin sein sollte. Und das quietschendes Bett war auch sehr nerwig. Wir mussten leider bei Vocation Club einige Schäden reklamieren,bevor man uns das naher in die Rechnung stellt,da standen wir wieder mal vor geschlossene Tür,erst als ich vor Tür schon am rumtelefonieren war ,hat der Mitarbeiter aufgeschlossen.Insgesammt gut,nur ein Stern Abzug für die Büro Öffnungszeiten und die Ausstattung.

Tolles Apartment

Wir reisten mit zwei Kindern (3+9) und hatten wirklich ein tolles Wochenende. Platz war ausreichend, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden, Geschirr und Besteck ebenfalls. Für längere Aufenthalte wäre ein Backofen oder Toaster nicht schlecht, da man sonst zum Frühstück nichts ausbacken kann. Aber nicht schlimm, da Bäcker in der Nähe sind und ein Frühstückslokal direkt vor Ort. Hier bekommt man ein schönes Frühstücksbuffet zum guten Preis. Das Apartment liegt in zweiter Reihe und gegenüber reihen sich viele verschiedene Restaurants aneinander. Der Aqua-Park liegt gegenüber im Radisson-Hotel und ist nicht nur für Hotelgäste zugänglich. Eine ideale Alternative bei schlechtem Wetter... der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswertes !

Allgemein war es sehr schön. Lage Top!!! Direkt an der Promenade, einfach nur super. Wir waren mit 4 Personen, Zimmer war sehr klein, haben keinen Esstisch gehabt. Nur irgendein rundes Tischchen und 2 Hocker. Also für eine Familie sehr kleines Zimmer gehabt. Es waren 3 gleiche Hotels, wir hatten nr. 11
