I cannot tell you what the rooms were like as they did not honour my reservation. They claimed they had informed Hotels.com but I had heard nothing until I arrived to check in and found out I was stranded in Swan River.

This property is a place to sleep and shower after a day's drive. I stayed for 2 nights. The garbage can was emptied following the 1st night. It would have been nice if they had replenished the coffee pouches for the coffee maker. I did accidentally lock myself out of my room and was a little uncomfortable that after hours a masterkey is left concealed in the open motel office which I was directed to so I could unlock my door and then return the master key to the hiding place. As a result I tagged the place as unsafe.

Property was clean upon arrival, decent bed. At check-in, we had to telephone caretaker and were told the key was in the room. No printed copy of receipt was offered. Ad said complimentary in-room continental breakfast but we didnt find anything. When we arrived back after our day out, we saw no one had cleaned or tidied and hospitality supplies were not refreshed. That evening we telephoned the caretaker to request coffee for the morning (no tea was offered) and we asked about the advertised breakfast and that was not available either. We weere told they don't do that. Small things, really, but they seem to have forgotten the hospitality part of their business.
