Beautiful Istrian villa with private poolThe wonderful villa Gracia Patricia is located in the calmness of the countryside, exactly in a small village of Central Istria. The villa is not so far away from the wonderfull beaches of the beautiful well known village of Fazana. This is a luxury villa in istrian style that can accomodate up to eight persons within its comfy four bedrooms. On the ground floor is located a cosy living room with fireplace that offers a warm home atmosphere. Next to the living room is a nice wooden fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower and one of them is located on the ground floor. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor and all have nice terraces where you can enjoy in a morning coffe and in a stunning view of the surroundings. In the garden there is a large swimming pool ideal to cool off  from warm and sunny days. Next to the pool are sun loungers and a cozy covered lounge area. There is also large stone barbecue under a nice wooden covered terrace. The youngest will enjoyin the small football field. Villa Gracia Patricia is completely air conditioned, has WiFi, private parking lot inside the plot and everything you need for a perfect holiday!*Charging for an E-Car is €150 / week*
