Sehr schöne Ferienvilla mit guter Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Istrien.Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und haben uns sogar noch ein Babybett gebracht.Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, ca. 30-45 Minuten Autofahrt zu den größeren Städten am Strand.Im Nachbarort (2km entfernt) gibt es mehrere Bars, zwei Restaurants, zwei Einkaufsläden und eine schöne mittelalterliche Burg.Preis / Leistung für eine Gruppe von 10 Personen ist unschlagbar.

Wir hatten eine schöne und ruhige Unterkunft in der Nähe von Svetvinčenat, welches zu Fuß durch Wiesen und Wälder sehr schön zu erreichen ist.

Richtig schön!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend, das Haus war perfekt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Schade dass man nichts zu Fuss erreicht (Bäckerei, Markt,..) und man immer fahren muss, aber das ist auch nicht schlimm. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und für einen Urlaub im Istrien mit der Familie oder Freunde ist das Haus perfekt! Edi und Sonja sind ganz liebe und nette Gastgeber!! :)

Sommerurlaub 2022

Wir wurden durch Edi herzlich begrüßt und in das Objekt eingewiesen. Es war alles sehr sauber und entsprach vollumfänglich der Objektbeschreibung und den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, der Pool schön groß und sauber. Aufgrund der mittigen Lage in Istrien können alle Ziele (Städte wie Strände) sehr gut erreicht werden. Wir waren 10 Personen inkl. 4 Teenager und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sofern wir ein Anliegen an den Vermieter Edi hatten, wurden diese äußerst zeitnah beantwortet und behoben. Wir können die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen. Es war eine wunderschöne Urlaubszeit.

Einfach wundervoll

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Katarina sehr genossen. Edi und Sonja haben uns herzlich empfangen, waren immer unkompliziert erreichbar und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, für die Frühstückssemmeln benötigt man aber ein Auto oder Fahrrad. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Absolutes Highlight: Die Außenküche mit Grillplatz und der Pool. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder ;-)

Beautiful house

Stayed in this house with two families and a total of 7 kids. The house is beautiful and big enough to accommodate us all. Location is great so close to a picturesque little town. the only downside was the outdoor fireplace that did not draw enough when cooking.

Fantastic stay

The property is located in Peresiji, a very quiet village just outsite Svetvincenat. The small city of Svetvincenat is just 5 minutes away (2.5 kilometers). Closest big shops (Plodine and Konzum) only 20 minutes with the car. Beaches and bigger cities like Porec and Pula about 40 minutes with the car. The house was very clean when we arrived. Mr Edi and Mrs Sonja welcomed us at the house and gave us all the necesary explanations. They are very friendly and easy to reach (whatsapp) if you need anything, they will always help you if needed. There is a washing machine at the house, so you can do the laundry there... There are four full sized bedrooms (two with double bed, and two with double bed + extra bed), each of these bedrooms have a bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin. These four bedrooms also have individual airco. There is a fifth bedroom with sleeping coach without airco. The ground floor consists out of an open kitchen with living room (also airco, but we didn't need that). There is also a bathroom on the groundfloor with shower, toilet and the washing machine. There is a little utility room with a safe (key is provided at arrival, free of any charge). Outsite in front of the house: parking lot in shade (for two cars) and also possible to park on the driveway. A little utility room with cleaning material and the water pump. There is a water hole that is safely locked. The decent size pool is in the back yard, with eight nice beach chairs. At the side of the house there is an outsite kitchen (two hotplates and a sink) and the outside fireplace where you can do barbecues and make a nice fire at night (wood is provided in a wood shed just 1 minute away from the house - very nice !!!). There are tables and chairs en benches, you can sit with at least 14 people... This is all under roof, so if there is a rain shower you can still sit outside without getting wet... We recommend this place very mutch, it is for what we have seen, one of the most beautiful properties in Peresiji !!!
