"This is a great place to take your children and grandchildren. They can run free over the 1.5 acre property that is totally fenced in. Your pets are welcome, too. The home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but the real attraction is the outdoors. I walked the property with my 4 year granddaughter and the dogs, enjoying the many nuances of the property. We walked from the country road to the river. The property is on the beautiful Suwannee River and has a floating dock and a sandy little beach. The dogs enjoyed taking a dip in the river. It is like being in a small nature preserve. There are many amenities on the property including a very nice outdoor bathroom, a big swimming pool with a large hot tub, a river viewing deck, a fish cleaning station, a deer feeder, and a large covered patio (under the house) with several grills. This is a great place for kids to play on a rainy day. A great golf course is nearby in Lake City and there are several quaint restaurants and a boat ramp and park in Branford (less than a mile away). If you want privacy and fun, this is a great place to enjoy a campfire, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Close to Gainesville and Tallahassee."
