The hotel works fine for an overnight stay on the way to Koh Samui. The breakfast was okay quite an expensive. Everything works fine.

Les réceptionnistes sont extrêmement professionnels et cherchent toujours des réponses et solutions pour nous aider. La gérante qui exprime très bien l’anglais est très aimable, gentille Le check-in est vite et impeccable. Les chambres sont de très bonnes dimensions, propres. Les murs, rideaux, tv, grand frigo sont propre et neufs. L’air climatisé est efficace. Le lit super confortable. Le déjeuner est assez complet. La cour est calm et zen. Pour un petit village ce hôtel est un bijou . Je ne serai pas gênée de le référer à mes amis voyageurs

We stay at the hotel just for 1 night during our travel (2 adults & 1.5 y old baby) - we booked tripple room. Check-in was quick and easy, room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice - ok variety of food (we expected less as we knew it’s more a business hotel). We tried also thai food from restaurant - prepared quickly, was fresh and tasty, so all ok. The staff in restaurant was very friendly and helpful - as we were travelling further on the next day but wanted to order food from the menu for the baby, they had no issues with preparing it even during breakfast time. The waitress was even so nice that she brought the food to our room - thank you! All in all very good stay for 1 night during travelling, we would stay there again if we would travel via Surat Thani again.

Poor service from staff.

The rooms at this hotel are nice, big and quite clean,the location is very out of the way unless you have a car. But the staff fail at providing good service even on easy tasks,reception hardly speak english and deny any and all requests. not helpful to the guests at all.
