This gorgeous modern 2 bed, 2 bath home is perfect for couples or a family looking for a relaxing beach break. Stroll along the boardwalk through the national park to the beach, dine at a number of exceptional local restaurants and cafes or simply relax at home and enjoy the sea breezes while watching the sun set over Mount Coolum. With everything you need within walking distance there is no need to start your car once your at Zeby's Beach Break! This is the place to unwind and relax!

Enjoy the open plan living and relaxing alfresco area this house provides. The house has been decked out with beautiful new furniture and is truly a home away from home. Reverse cycle air-conditioning is provided in the main living area and master bedroom plus ceiling fans through-out. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Each of the bedrooms contain a queen bed. There is an ensuite and walk-in robe off the master bedroom. The second bedroom contains a built-in wardrobe and is adjacent to the main bathroom with bath. Laundry facilities are provided, including s 2 in 1 washer/dryer and laundry tub.

The house was well maintained full of things that made you feel like you were at home. Books, DVDs, accessible internet, TV, soundbar and dog bowls. The host was quick to respond when we couldn't work out how something worked. The kitchen had all the basics you needed and more. Very pet friendly, close to beach, park, shops/cafes and walkways.

The bedroom had mould on the windows and the rug in the lounge smelled quite bad. There was a lot of dust/ hair and dirt in the carpet, around the skirting boards and under furniture. The cleaner arrived as we were leaving and we advised of the issues. Her response was 'I'm not here to do spring cleaning'.

Had a wonderful stay here. The place was easy to find and situated in a great spot. Close to the beach, boardwalk, local shops and in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was comfortable and comprised all the amenities needed for a lovely stay.
