We have stayed here 4 or 5 times now, we love it and we can take our little dogs. It’s close to the Main Street, beach, surf club, Sunshine Plaza and the unit has everything you could wish for. We always enjoy our time there and will definitely be back.

This place was the best! As advertised, it's got everything you could wish for: beautiful layout, comfortable space, the kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and equipment you could wish for, and everything you'd want to take to the beach/river (beach towels, boogie boards, stand-up paddle boards, beach seats). We stayed for a month, and could happily keep our kids (6 and 8 years) occupied, between the beach, the river, very easy bus routes up and down the coast, easy walks to grocery stores, lots of local gyms, walkable aquatic centre, lots of local playgrounds, amazing wildlife. All around wonderful! The hosts were very responsive to any small issue or question that arose. A lovely place to stay! So thankful.

Great Unit near to everything

We have stayed here now 3 or 4 times. We love it as it’s close to everything and we are allowed to take our little dogs. Everything you could wish for is in the unit. Beach chairs, towels, beach trolly. Very comfortable-fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, deck area, day bed outside. Cannot fault it at all.

Great spot a short walk to the beach

We loved the character of this architect designed property. It was perfect for my two young adult children and I to share some quality time, with a queen bed each and space to entertain family who visited for dinner. A great level of kitchen amenity and thoughtful local dining suggestions in the house manual. Beds were very comfortable and it’s a nice neighbourhood a short walk to beach, shops and cafes.

Excellent location

Amanda was a great hostess. Responding immediately to any questions we had. This property was in a fantastic location with access to the ocean, swimming pool, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance so no vehicle required. Our only concern was the lack of a ceiling fan in the main living area which would have made our stay more pleasant. The property has lovely greenery surrounding it and we enjoyed the private outdoor dining space.

Maroochydore - home away from home

The beachhouse had every comfort , stylish furniture and lquality linen. A home away from home. Would be great for families,as extras such as surfboards, books, toys, are available. Plenty of rooom to be outdoors, some undercover, some in the open with a barbeque. It was great to be able to have our little dog with us. It rained most days so we appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer. I could see children loving being able to climb the staircase to the loft bedroom. This house may not work so well for 2 couples as there is only one bathroom. We had 2 adult grandchildren with us for a night and managed quite well but probably a week of sharing a bathroom would be testing.

Great location and had all we needed

There had been a miscommunication with cleaners and the apartment had not been cleaned. This was sorted very quickly and the owner generously offered some compensation. The owner lives overseas but was very responsive to any communication. The unit is well stocked. While dog friendly, the grassed area was not secure so we needed to supervise our pup there. The deck was a great place for him and for us to be most of the time. Thank you for hosting us.

Everything you need & pet friendly

This property was in a great location. While it wasn't at the beach, it was only a short walk to Cotton Tree beach and shops. A few issues - I received an email that was supposed to give me details about where to find the key. However the email had no information so I had to contact the owner. The price advertised on VRBO was misleading. there were 3 extra fees - general cleaning, a pet cleaning fee AND tax. Why a cleaning fee is separate I have no idea. I have never seen this before. The price advertised should include this. At least you can see the REAL price up front. An additional pet fee I can understand. This is an American site so beware of the price. The cost was considerably more with all the extra fees. Check what currency you're looking at. If you live in Australia, use an Australian site instead.

Great unit, close to everything. Well equipped and comfortable.

Loved it, except no air conditioning and not even a ceiling fan in the kitchen living area. Would stay here again but only in Qld winter. Just too hot inside when we had 30+ degrees on the last 2 days. Made it very uncomfortable in the heat.

Brilliant Aparment!

I was totally blown away by the way the unit was equipped with everything you could possibly think of in the most organised manner. To say I was happy with the unit is an understatement. It was probably one of the best I’ve stayed at. The beach is close. Food is close. Seriously you will need to take nothing but your personal belongings. Outstanding stay. 10/10 from us.
