The Space:

Your getaway retreat awaits!. Whatever the reason for your stay, you’ll find everything you need for relaxation, rejuvenation and an amazing time with family and friends.



A few big drawcards to this property is the outdoor dining and entertaining with a view, large pool, fireplace and open kitchen living and dining.



You’ll enjoy an open plan kitchen and living area, with a 6-seater dining table, large lounge and TV, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen for whatever your cooking plans may be. The high ceilings large windows and bifold doors out to the balcony adds to the feeling of space and luxury that this property clearly has.



The kitchen has a electric cooktop, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a coffee machine. The balcony has a view out to Alex Beach 6 seater dining table, lounging chairs and a BBQ.



Downstairs you’ll also find:

- Air-conditioning in every room except the main king bedroom (installation happening 27/12)

- Double garage with extra room for storage of the bikes.

- Laundry equipped with washer, dryer, sink and working bench.

- 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom

- Access to the backyard which has and alfresco area and fully fenced.



The three downstairs bedrooms include:

1. King bed -Smart TV - (Split system Air-conditioning being installed 27/12)

2. Queen bed room - Ducted Air-conditioning

3. 2x King Single beds - Ducted Air-conditioning



Please note the King bedroom is located through the garage.



The main bathroom downstairs is modern and beautifully styled with a shower, bath, and toilet.



Walking up the stairs, you’ll come into the kitchen and living room to your left and the main bedroom and ensuite on the right. Into the large master bedroom, you’ll find that this is the perfect getaway location. The large ensuite is built for both comfort and style, with a large shower and double vanity. The bed is a comfortable king.



The whole house is air-conditioned and beautifully styled for modern living and luxury. Throw in an easy walk to the beach, and the central Sunshine Coast location, you’ve got the perfect holiday location, whether it’s a trip for just you, your family or a whole group of friends.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire house and double garage parking.



The Neighborhood:

Alexandra Headland, known by the locals as 'Alex', is a coastal town situated on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The township has a relaxed and laid back atmosphere that complements the soothing rolling surf and inviting beaches. Alexandra Headland is also ringed by Mooloolaba, Buderim and Maroochydore with a superb coastal sweep to the north and bush foothills to the west.

* Please bring your own firewood if you would like to use the indoor fireplace



*Pet-friendly for 1 small dog upon application. When staying with a dog there is an additional fee of $50 per dog. Please reach out to us prior to booking with your pet to ensure you understand our pet rules.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please no events or smoking is permitted at any time.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
